Halloween 2009
This blog has been a bit under the weather — but I think we have things fixed up. So here’s a recap of Halloween. We decided to take Ella down to Belvedere Street, where they close off 3-4 blocks and the whole neighborhood turns into a Halloweeen wonderland. The most fun we’ve had on Halloween in years! On the walk over we ran into our neighbors – Dee, Mike and a superhero tiger, Dexter. So, we all rode the Muni train together.
Ella wasn’t sure how the whole “trick or treat” worked at first.
But after the first house she yelled “Trick or Treat!” – like, I get it!!! This is awesome.
Occasionally she and Dex would need to stop to check out their loot.
Some houses went all out. This one had dancing animals from the Madagascar movie.
Ella wanted to dance along…
It was kind of a madhouse
But a lot of fun. Ella went all the way up one side of the street — and that was enough. Maybe more next year…
